Brilliant food , drinks and entertainment Excellent food and service ! Made to feel very welcome . When I booked I explained it was for a retirement , and Sid kindly put on entertainment which we enjoyed having a lovely singalong ! Overall fantastic night . Great Spot At Penarth Sea Front We had a wonderful experience at Sid’s! The atmosphere is perfect for enjoying a drink or a bite to eat. The staff are incredibly hospitable and go above and beyond to ensure a great visit. What we loved most is that it’s dog-friendly—my pup was even offered a treat! Top quality bar food with a view of the bay. On a warmer day it was great to sit outside with a view of the sea enjoying excellent food. There were four of us. We had one haddock and Chips (the fish is enormous), two burgers (good thick and well cooked burger) and one huge Brie Sandwich with fries. Everyone was full at the end of an excellent meal. Precious Prom Spot ! Been here many, many times - for breakfast, coffee, snacks and lunch. It is a great spot on the promenade, the walls are covered with art, but the food is great too. If the weather is good - the outside terrace is superb. Sid and the crew are always warm and welcoming - whatever the weather. Something different We went with some friends to the Sri Lanken Curry night on Saturday night. The food was excellent and as usual the service from Sid, Kumar and the team was first class. My "go-to" eatery. We had a wonderful Christmas lunch at Sid's two days ago, complete with Christmas crackers (there were only two of us). An abundance of freshly cooked vegetables, lashings of gravy, and exceptional service from Sid himself and his wonderful staff. Plus, sticky toffee pudding to die for! As a local, this is my favourite spot for morning coffee and some homemade cake or breakfast after a long coastal walk. My "go-to" eatery. Very highly recommended.
