Welcome to Sid’s Restaurant and Bar with rooms. By purchasing artwork through our website sidspenarth.uk, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products and Descriptions

We offer original artwork including glass-framed paintings and canvas paintings.

All product images are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed through our secure online checkout.

We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer.

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within UK only.

Shipping times depend on location.

Glass-framed paintings require extra packaging and care. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Overview

If you order something from us online, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to change your mind and cancel your order – for any reason.

To do this, just email us within 14 days. Once you’ve told us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

As long as the artwork is returned in its original condition, we’ll give you a full refund within 14 days of getting it back.

5.2 When You Can’t Cancel

The 14-day return rule doesn’t apply if the artwork was:

Custom-made, like a commission or something personalised just for you.

5.3 If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged or Faulty

If your painting arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please let us know within 48 hours. Email us with photos of:

• The damaged item
• The packaging it came in

If we confirm the issue, we’ll offer a refund, repair, or replacement – your choice.

5.4 Return Costs

If you’re returning something because you changed your mind, you’ll need to pay for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to keep it safe.

If the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return costs.

6. Ownership and Copyright

Purchasing a painting does not grant ownership of the artwork’s copyright.

The artist retains all rights to reproduce the artwork in any form, including prints and digital use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the Website or products.

Fragile items (such as glass-framed artwork) are handled with care, but we cannot guarantee against damage during shipment beyond our return policy.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the order process is used solely for fulfilling orders and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process and ship your order.
